Sirloin Beef slices in Satay-Flavored Soup

900g sirloin beef slices
A little amount of green vegetable
3 Tbsp satay sauce

40g dried shrimps
40g sesame seeds
110g peanuts
3 tsp fish sauce
6 cloves garlic
1 dried sole
1 large bowl broth |
| Method |
- Wash the dried shrimps; crush the garlic; fry the peanuts, sesame
seeds, dried sole and dried shrimps in a dry, hot wok until fragrant,
then remove. Return the peanuts into the dry wok and stir-fry
over low heat until fragrant and remove the skin, then return
to the wok and stir-fry with the sesame seeds once again. Deep-fry
the minced garlic.
- Crush the above ingredients or ground them in a blender.
- Bring the large bowl of broth to a boil, add the satay sauce
and the fish sauce, followed by the crushed mixture. When the
broth boils, season to taste.
- Defrost some sirloin beef slices and prepare some vegetables,
cook them in the broth and serve.
