Braised Wood Fungus with Minced Pork and Preserved Plums

Ingredients Seasoning

450g fresh wood fungus
6 preserved plums
1 red pepper
225g pork
2 green onions

1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1tsp corn flour
1/2 cup broth

Method
  1. Wash the wood fungus and cut into pieces; wash the pork and mince it; cut the red pepper into wedges; cut the green onion into 1" lengths; mash the plums.
  2. Blanch the wood fungus, drain well.
  3. Heat the wok, add a little oil to fry the pork until it is fragrant.
  4. Add the green onion and the red pepper, then put in the wood fungus and stir-fry thoroughly. Add the broth and let it boil.
  5. Turn the heat down, add the mashed plums and let it cook thoroughly, season with salt and sugar. Finally, stir in the corn flour solution. Serve immediately.
