Braised Wood Fungus with Minced
Pork and Preserved Plums

450g fresh wood fungus
6 preserved plums
1 red pepper
225g pork
2 green onions
|
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1tsp corn flour
1/2 cup broth |
| Method |
- Wash the wood fungus and cut into pieces; wash the pork and
mince it; cut the red pepper into wedges; cut the green onion
into 1" lengths; mash the plums.
- Blanch the wood fungus, drain well.
- Heat the wok, add a little oil to fry the pork until it is fragrant.
- Add the green onion and the red pepper, then put in the wood
fungus and stir-fry thoroughly. Add the broth and let it boil.
- Turn the heat down, add the mashed plums and let it cook thoroughly,
season with salt and sugar. Finally, stir in the corn flour solution.
Serve immediately.
