Matrimony Vine in Hearty Broth

600g matrimony vine (Chinese box thorn)
40g red fruit of Chinese wolfberry
150g pork
3 pieces conpoy |
2 tsp fish sauce
1 cup broth |
| Method |
- ick all the leaves from the matrimony vine and wash them; wash
also the stems and then cook them in water to make a vegetable
stock. Soak the red fruit of Chinese wolfberry With hot water.
Wash the pork and mince it; soak the conpoy and steam until tender.
- Cook the pork with the red fruit of Chinese wolfberry , the
broth and the vegetable stock. Then add the conpoy and a little
oil.
- Put the matrimony vine leaves in and cook for 3 minutes.
- Finally, add the fish sauce and serve at once.
